1: Base
1.1 You must follow the Discord ToS and guidelines. They can be found at https://discord.com/terms and https://discord.com/guidelines
2: Conduct in text channels
2.1 Refrain from toxicity.
2.2 Treat other members with respect and dignity.
2.3 Racism, sexism, or any form of discrimination is not tolerated here.
2.4 Doxxing/ip grabbing or anything of that manner is also not tolerated here and will lead to an instant ban with no appeal.
2.5 Do not spam in any way. (Text walls, emotes, repeated messages, sending every word on a new line, etc)
2.6 Using several animated emotes to cause lag is not allowed.
2.7 Do not send anything that may cause other members' discord clients to lag or crash
2.8 Any NSFW content is not allowed, including profile pictures and banners.
2.9 Do not try and interfere with an argument to break it up, speak to a member of staff and they will deal with it.
2.10 Do not DM any members with anything weird, rude, or something that may make them feel uncomfortable. If you receive a DM like this, contact a member of staff.
2.11 If you need to reach a member of staff, do not repeatedly tag them or send them DM's. Create a ticket in Discord and a member of staff will respond promptly.
3: Voice Channels
3.1 Do not scream in voice channels or use soundboards to create loud noises.
3.2 Soundboard use is okay, but if a member asks you to stop, please stop.
3.3 Chat rules apply in voice chat.
4: In-game Rules
4.1 No stealing or looting anybody else's stuff. This includes looting drops, boxes or taking loot from a monument that they are doing.
4.2 Monuments are first come first serve. (Monuments are automatically claimed to you) If someone claims before you, allow them time to clear it and gather their loot. (Supermarkets, Gas Stations, Light House & Mining Outpost do not need to be claimed).
4.3 Bradley can only be claimed once per day unless server is quiet (Must be at launch to claim).
4.4 If someone has tagged Chad before you, give them time to take him down.
4.5 If you are doing a monument, they get automatically claimed to you, apart from Crates, Brad, Daily Airdrops and Events these still need to be claimed.
4.6 Toxicity, racism, or harassment of any kind in global chat, team chat, or voice chat will not be tolerated and will lead to a ban. Staff monitor Team Chat, PM’s & fireworks.
4.7 Keep discussions civil, do not argue. If you have an issue with another member, let a member of staff know by creating a ticket.
4.8 Be a good neighbor, do not block off monuments or build too close to another player. If another player asks you to move your base because it is too close, respect their request and give them their space.
4.9 When building, do not block off monuments, rivers/oceans or roads. You are allowed to build bridges, as long as it does not prevent boats or tugboats from getting through.
5: Other
5.1 If you experience someone breaking our in-game rules or breaking a rule in the discord, please let us know via the ticket system (🎫create-a-ticket🎫).
5.2 In-game bans can be appealed via our ticket system.
5.3 Staff decision is final, don't try to argue with them.
